Every season Heights invites a professional netballer to run a skill development workshop with a particular age group.

 

In Autumn 2021 Caitlin Thwaites, who has played for the Vixens and the Australian Diamonds, ran an ‘attacking’ workshop with our U15-1's and Open teams. Both teams went on to win their respective grand finals!

Netball Victoria offers regular Train Like a Vixen clinics in school holidays to develop fitness and skills. Other clinics offered focus on coaching and umpiring development.
